Varsha is the PPG Chair for GP Pathfinder Clinics with a focus on bringing the widest patient perspective into the practice. She is a patient, has lived and worked in Brent her whole life. A large part of the role is listening to the broad range of patient feedback, their needs and suggestions then ensuring the practice can respond appropriately. Varsha seeks ways of ensuring the patient voice is central to the way the practice works and conveys this to staff at the practice too.

She has experience of Customer Service and Care, spanning 27 years. She has worked with the London Borough of Brent across a range of areas to includingCareers Service, Education Standards, and the Local Library, Arts and Heritage Departments. Varsha has been a Manager at a Library, working front line within several Libraries across the Borough, and providing Administrative support to the Arts andHeritage Departments at the Head Office.

Jahan is Managing Partner for GP Pathfinder Clinics with a focus on Operations. He is an expert on digital transformation and healthcare innovation. Jahan is also Clinical Director for the West Brent K&W Primary Care Network (PCN),working on a strategic level within the NHS to improve primary care services. He trained as a doctor at Bart’s & The Royal London, and has an MSc in MentalHealth Sciences from Guy’s Kings’s & St Thomas’s as well as an MBA fromImperial College Business School.

He is a passionate advocate for enhancing patient and family services and has led initiatives to streamline operations and enhance the quality of care, with a special focus on children's health services. Jahan's work has focused on making healthcare services more accessible, efficient, and responsive to the needs of patients and families. Amongst many other NHS roles, he is a former National Lead for NHS Digital, Medical Director for Enfield CCG as well as a Multi-Divisional Clinical Director for Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH)Trust.

Mo is Managing Partner for GP Pathfinder Clinics with a focus on Governance. He is an expert on patient access, quality of care and reducing health inequalities. His clinical expertise is in mental health, older adult care and patient engagement. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director (NED) for Central and North WestLondon (CNWL) NHS Foundation Trust.  He trained as a doctor at University College London (UCL) and was awarded his MBA from Imperial College Business School.

He has deep experience in integrated healthcare between hospitals, community, mental health organisations and across GP practices. He has led changes across the area, regionally and nationally whilst holding Board Level roles with multiple NHS bodies. Mo has held senior life science executive roles that have spanned multiple continents and with global responsibilities. He has worked in, seen and taught on global healthcare systems. He has knowledge of clinical research and improving access to medicines for patients.
